COVID-19 Procedures:

We have a few new protocols in place to ensure the ongoing safety of both clients and staff during the ongoing pandemic. Below are the new things to expect before and during your treatment:

  • You will be called prior to your appointment by a staff member to be pre-screened, cover consents, COVID19 procedures, and exactly what your service will be. 

  • There will be a $50 charge for the consultation for laser or injection services, and $25 for non-medical services.  This helps cover the costs of the COVID19 disinfecting and restrictions. 

  • If we are unable to get in touch with you, and you haven’t received your pre-screening consultation, your appointment will be canceled. 

  • Due to the extensive disinfecting policy there will be limited time available.  Your pre-screening call will cover everything, including how much Botox etc. you will need.  When you arrive your service is planned and no extra services can be added at this time.  We will not be able to engage in our normal conversations etc. with our clients.  We hope this is over soon so we can get back to normal.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.

  • Call 806-463-3200 - the number is on the front door.  You will be checked in and a staff member will meet you at your vehicle for screening, take your temperature, and sign consents.  Then you will wait outside the spa until you are called for your service.  If you need to use the restroom, tell the staff member and we will arrange to escort you safely.

  • After entering the spa you will go directly to your treatment room and wash your hands.  If going to the restroom you may use the hand sanitizer.

  • After or before your appointment you will check out at the front desk. No other services will be scheduled at this time.  If you want re-book or make another appointment, we will verify your number and a staff member will call and schedule your appointment.

  • If you need product, let us know before you go to your service, and we will charge for the product and a staff member will deliver in Amarillo or mail it to you, as we are not keeping products on site at this time.

  • There will only be 2 persons allowed in the lobby at a time in order to maintain the six foot social distancing.

  • We are also observing the no hand shake policy for your safety.

  • We require you to wear a mask while you are in the spa.  You will only remove it if it is needed for your service.  You will remove it immediately before and replace immediately after your service. If you do not have one, it will be provided for you at the spa.

  • All staff will be wearing masks at all times, gloves during all treatments, and face shields when needed.

 

      We know these procedures are frustrating and time consuming.  We appreciate your business and your consideration during this pandemic. We hope to get back to normal soon!
